Notice of Changes to Supported Operating Systems for the Seibu Prince Global Rewards App

Thank you for using the Seibu Prince Global Rewards app.

To enhance app functionality and maintain security, we will be updating the supported operating system requirements beginning with an app update scheduled for release in November 2026 or later, as outlined below.

Device	Current Requirement	New Requirement
iPhone	iOS 16 or later	iOS 17 or later
Android Smartphone	Android OS 9 or later	Android OS 10 or later

Beginning in November 2026, the app will no longer support installation or updates on devices running iOS earlier than version 17 or Android OS earlier than version 10.

We recommend updating your device's operating system if it is running a version below the supported requirement. Please note that even on supported operating systems, the app may not function properly on some devices due to hardware specifications or memory limitations.
