What is Seibu Prince Global Rewards?
Seibu Prince Global Rewards is a unique loyalty program offered by Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. It enables members to enjoy various benefits for comfortable stays at Seibu Prince Hotels and Resorts.
The number of "medals" awarded to members based on the total amount spent from January of the current year to the previous month determines the tier of the members, and as the their tier increases, the services and privileges are enhanced.

What is the difference between SEIBU PRINCE CLUB and Seibu Prince Global Rewards?
"SEIBU PRINCE CLUB" is a loyalty program offered by Seibu Holdings and common to all Seibu Group companies.
Within this program, Seibu Prince Global Rewards is a unique loyalty program offered by Seibu Prince Hotels Worldwide.

* If you are an emi member, please re-register for the Seibu Prince Global Rewards membership.
* If you are a Seibu Prince Club member, you do not need to register again, so refer to How to login.
Please go to the website of the Seibu Prince Global Rewards (https://www.seibuprince.com/loyalty) or download the Seibu Prince Global Rewards app to get enrolled.
If you are a SEIBU PRINCE CLUB Member already, please press "log in" and enter your membership number and your password. Your membership information of SEIBU PRINCE CLUB will be linked to the Seibu Prince Global Rewards platform. If you are to newly get enrolled, press "sign up."
*If you have a SEIBU PRINCE CLUB card but not enrolled to the membership, please refer to question No.2.
You will receive an authentication code at the e-mail address you entered. If you do not receive the authentication code, please check the following;
-Please make sure that the email address you entered is correct.
-The authentication code has not been sent to your spam mail box.
-The authentication code will be sent from the “club.seibugroup.jp” domain. If you have set a domain restriction on incoming e-mails, you need to allow the “club.seibugroup.jp” domain.
*Please note that it may take some time to receive e-mails due to network conditions.
Please press the "First-time Guests with Physical Card" on the log-in screen.
No, no fee is charged for using the Seibu Prince Global Rewards service.

By getting enrolled, you can use member-only benefits and plans.
Also, by downloading the app, you can use the app-only coupons.
Currently we are not offering "the app-only plans" at hotels and restaurants in the Seibu Prince Global Rewards app.
About login
You will receive an authentication code at the e-mail address you entered. If you do not receive the authentication code, please check the following;

The first screen you see after opening the app or the "home" you can see at the bottom of the app screen enable you to log in or get enrolled.
Please check the email you received at the time of enrollment, eDMs, or the back side of your physical card if you have any.
SEIBU Smile ID is your email adress. Please call the Seibu Prince Club Desk (04-2929-0011) if you forget your email adress.
Please press "forgot password" in the log-in screen to check/change your password.
Please press "forgot password" in the log-in screen to reset your password.
Please check with which email adress you received the enrollment email.
Please use your mobile data or wi-fi available at each hotel.
You can only log in to the Seibu Prince Global Rewards app with membership number.
If you get enrolled to the Seibu Smile ID, email address is also usable for logging in to the Seibu Prince Global Rewards app.
Please log in on one device.
A password must be within 8 to 23 letters and include at least three of these: capital letter, small letter, number, and sign. (signs include: + ! # $ % () = ~ | \ ^ - [] {} ? , . / _ : ;)
If you don't use the app for a month, you will be signed out.
About Points/Medals
SEIBU Smile POINT are earned at a rate of 1 point for every 110 yen (including tax) spent at SEIBU PRINCE CLUB member stores. They can be used when paying for purchases at member stores, with an exchange rate of one yen per point (1 point = 1 JPY). Medals are awarded at a rate of one medal for every 10,000 yen (including service charges and consumption tax) spent at Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts in a given year. They are used to determine your status level and available services the following year change according to the number of medals earned.

Diamond members who earn 200 medals or more per year will receive 20 bonus medals. Platinum members who earn 50 medals or more per year will receive 5 bonus medals, and Gold members who earn 20 medals or more per year will receive 2 bonus medals every April as a present.
*Medals will be awarded by the end of April based on the status achieved from January to December of the previous year, which serves as the basic status determination period.

Platinum status is conferred about one month after the reception (wedding).

No, you can not make a reservation via SEIBU PRINCE CLUB app. Please do so via the Seibu Prince Global Rewards app.
①Tap "Book" at the bottom of the home screen.
②Select "View Reservation"
Tap "Points earned" on the home screen to see the pop-up for points. There press "Usage History" at the bottom that leads you to the MyPage, and log in to see the history.
At the top page, press "About Tier Status/Medals" and select "Seibu Prince Global Rewards" at the bottom of the pop-up. Select "Sign up/Log in"and log in to the tier page. Tap the three lines on the top right, and select concierge desk.
You can still reserve day use plans.
The plans could be available/not available, depending on the hotel, and date.
You can reserve them from the top page of the hotel of interest by setting the date to use as the check-in date and following date as the check-out date.
