Changes to the Conditions for Termination of Membership in Seibu Prince Global Rewards (SEIBU PRINCE CLUB)

Dear Members,
Thank you for your continued patronage of Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts.
To further strengthen the protection of personal information, Seibu Prince Global Rewards (SEIBU PRINCE CLUB) has decided to revise the conditions for termination of membership.
The members subject to termination of membership and the method used to determine the membership termination date will change as follows.
1. Summary of Changes
[Current conditions]
Members subject to termination:
Members who have not set up an ID and password required to log in to the Member My Page and for whom two years have passed since their last activity date.*
Membership termination date:
December 31 of the year in which two years have passed since the member’s last activity date.*
[New conditions]
Members subject to termination:
Members for whom three years have passed since their last activity date.*
(SEIBU PRINCE CLUB Card Saison members and Kikukakai members are excluded.)
Membership termination date:
The first 20th day of a month that falls on or after the date on which three years have passed since the member’s last activity date.*
*The “last activity date” refers to the date on which points or medals were awarded, or the date on which points were used, based on Japan Standard Time.
2. First Application Date of the New Conditions for Termination of Membership
March 20, 2027
During the transition period, automatic membership termination will continue to be processed under the current conditions through December 31, 2026.
For members who become subject to membership termination on or after January 1, 2027, the first automatic termination process will be carried out on March 20, 2027.
Members can check their last activity date on the Member Page of the Seibu Prince Global Rewards Web site.
Revision of the Membership Terms and Conditions
In connection with these changes, the “SEIBU PRINCE CLUB Membership Terms and Conditions” and the “Special Provisions for Seibu Prince Global Rewards” will be revised.
Details of the revised terms and conditions, including the effective date, will be announced separately at a later date.
