About Accommodations
We do not use wait lists for reservations. (Some hotels offer a room availability notification service. )
Extended use of rooms is subject to availability on the day. An additional fee will be charged based on your departure time.
Please contact the hotel for details.
There is no curfew, but if you will be arriving later than the scheduled time, please contact the hotel front desk on the day of your arrival.

The Prince Kyoto Takaragaike and Lake Biwa Otsu Prince Hotel can also accept luggage drop-offs at the Welcome Counter at the Hachijo Exit in Kyoto Station. The luggage will be delivered to the hotel.
If you are staying at The Prince Karuizawa, The Prince Villa Karuizawa, or Karuizawa Prince Hotel East Cottage Type A, you can drop off your luggage at the Karuizawa Prince Hotel Guest Service Center Smile Concierge.
Please select a non-smoking room when you make your reservation online.

Changes can be made online to any of the plans you have requested, subject to our cancellation policy.

About Payment
When you check in, we will ask you for an advance deposit or credit card payment authorization.
If you cancel on the day before your stay, 20% of the room fee will be charged.
If you cancel on the day of your stay, 80% of the room fee will be charged.
If you cancel without notifying us and do not arrive ("no-show"), 100% of the room fee will be charged.
If you wish to change a reservation made on the internet, you must cancel the reservation and make it again. This is the only case in which a cancellation fee will not be charged.
We are happy to accept VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB, AMEX, UC, DC, UFJ, NICOS, SAISON, and SEIBU PRINCE CLUB Card Saison.
For other cards, please contact the hotel directly.
You will only be asked to enter your password if you have applied for the Identity Authentication Service with your credit card company and have registered a password.
