The booker must be at least 18 years old, and at least one guest staying as part of the prize must also be 18 years or older. Existing direct bookings within the promotion period will be automatically included in the draw. The winner will be randomly selected on 2nd May 2025 and notified via email on 5th May 2025, with their name potentially published in Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts marketing communications unless they opt-out. The prize includes a one-night stay for two adults at a participating Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts property, with options in Tasmania (Leisure Inn Penny Royal), New South Wales (Park Regis City Centre, Park Regis Concierge Apartments, Leisure Inn Pokolbin Hill, Leisure Inn Spires), Victoria (Park Regis Griffin Suites), and Queensland (Park Regis North Quay, Park Regis Anchorage, Park Regis City Quays, Park Regis Piermonde Apartments). The prize also includes a bottle of wine on arrival (choice of red or white) and early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, is valid for 6 months from the winner announcement date (until 5th November 2025), and blackout dates may apply. Travel expenses are not included and are the winner’s responsibility. If the winner does not confirm acceptance within 5 days of notification, a redraw will occur. The total prize pool is valued at up to $500 AUD, and by entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
